Not your average Yacht.  This 34 Ft. vessel is the best boat you can possibly use in the hot tropical weather of Panamá.  The cabin completely opens up for you in under 3 minutes, letting you enjoy the cool pacific breeze and avoid sea sickness.  With the cabin open, you can freely stay in the shade without having to worry about getting dizzy, as you will be able to see the horizon all around you.  If you like, you can close the divisors easily and turn up the Air Conditioning system, letting you take in the view, without compromising comfort.  The seating arrangement consists of two embracing "L" shaped seats and center commanding seatpost.
